At the end of January, we woke to a surprise – the office area was completely flooded with reclaimed water. This unexpected event resulted in the need to replace drywall, furniture, and carpet. Yet, with additional investigation, we learned the flooding was the result of tree roots growing into our original plumbing that was installed in the 1970s. Repairs are underway that will prevent another sewer line blockage from occurring in the short term. However, the long-term solution requires full replacement of the affected sewer line at significant cost.

Right now, our sound system is outdated. Some parts are failing, making it difficult for everyone—whether in the sanctuary or watching online—to see and hear clearly. Our livestream struggles with quality, and our visuals don’t always communicate as effectively as they should.

To fix these issues, we need to upgrade key components, including a new digital soundboard for better mixing, a digital signal processor or DSP unit to improve clarity, updated microphones and speakers, and additional video inputs so two or more screens can be seen when worshiping at home.
